Foreclosure Law SeminarSterling Education Services, Inc.January 23, 2007 Pamela Smith Holleman, a Partner in the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors' Rights practice group, was a panelist at this seminar. Ms. Holleman discussed bankruptcy issues in foreclosure following last year's amendments to the Bankruptcy Code, and presented an overview of problems relating to mechanic's liens, which arise in the context of a mortgage foreclosure.
