Martha F. Coultrap has joined the firm's Corporate Department. Ms. Coultrap is the fifth new partner to be added to the New York office in the last few months. The office has more than doubled in size over the last three years and its managing partner continues to pursue top talent with diversified skills to offer Sullivan & Worcester's clients experienced and comprehensive representation in complex business and personal transactions. She has represented private and public companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, marketing and catalog businesses. Commercial matters that Ms. Coultrap has handled include organization, securities offerings, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
