Textron Wants Supreme Court's View on Work Product Privilege

Douglas S. Stransky was quoted in an article entitled "Textron Wants Supreme Court's View on Work Product Privilege," which appeared in the January 2010 issue of the International Tax Review. Mr. Stransky was quoted regarding the petition for a writ of certiorari filed by Textron, Inc. seeking review of a decision of the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, which held, en banc, that Textron’s tax accrual workpapers are not protected by the work product privilege.
