Town Fair Tire Case

David J. Nagle represented Town Fair Tire in Town Fair Tire Centers, Inc. v. Commissioner of Revenue. The Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) decided the case in our client's favor on August 25, 2009. Mr. Nagle commented on the SJC's decision in the following articles:
