Constantine P. Ralli and Marc L. Stern will be joining the firm as partners, Sharon C. Maguire and Joshua P. Weiss as associates, and Richard H. Pershan and Seth E. Frank as retired partners. Mr. Ralli’s work involves sophisticated tax planning in the estate and gift tax and fiduciary income tax areas, including litigating those issues on behalf of his clients. Marc L. Stern represents individuals and family businesses, as well as banks and trust companies, in trust and estate matters. His practice includes domestic and international estate and tax planning, estate litigation, trust and estate administration, and the formation and succession of business and charitable organizations.
