State Chases Sales Taxes in N.H.

David J. Nagle was quoted in The Boston Globe's front-page article, "State Chases Sales Taxes in N.H.," on February 3, 2009. The article discusses how Massachusetts has ordered Town Fair Tire Center, a tire chain, to charge Bay State residents a five percent sales tax on their purchases in New Hampshire. Mr. Nagle is representing Town Fair Tire in a lawsuit appealing the state's assessment of sales taxes against the chain.
