Sales experience

Edwin Miller, a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office, was quoted in an article entitled "Sales Experience" in the June 13-19 edition of the Boston Business Journal. The article focused on expert advice for business owners contemplating a sale of their businesses. The article was featured in a special section of the BBJ called “Buying/Selling a Business.” In the article, Mr. Miller advised, “You want to prepare in advance so the transaction goes as smoothly as possible.”
