According to Joel Carpenter, co-managing partner of Sullivan & Worcester, Mr. Newman is part of a significant expansion of the New York office, which includes plans to expand the existing corporate finance practice. Mr. Newman has exceptional experience in structuring and negotiating domestic and international M&A transactions particularly in the financial services, medical technology, information technology and IT services industries.
