Mitchell Stein, partner in the Intellectual Property Group and Litigation Department of our New York office, was quoted in Gaming Law Review. The article "Down But Not Out: Working Around the U.S. Government's Crackdown" discusses the U.S. Government's actions in arresting several online gaming industry executives and in issuing subpoenas to investment banks who underwrite IPO's for online gambling sites, as well as what the future may hold for the online gaming business.
