Benjamin J. Armour, Corporate, Boston
Mr. Armour’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and the financing, development and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Armour has successfully negotiated numerous M&A and financing transactions for public and private companies. In addition, Mr. Armour regularly represents public and private companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), involved in equity and debt financings, and he has advised multiple companies in connection with their REIT conversions.
Eric D. Lemont, Real Estate, Boston
Mr. Lemont’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales across various property types (office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hospitality), joint ventures, and mezzanine, construction and permanent financings. His clients include developers, real estate funds, REITs, insurance companies, institutional investors, and owner/operators. In addition, he regularly represents corporate clients on a diverse range of real estate related matters.
