S&W Press Release, January 14, 2013
From our offices in Boston, London and New York, we handle significant matters related to Eastern Europe. The region is a focal point for oil and gas exploration and development as well as infrastructure development. We have represented developers and other stakeholders in project finance and other types of structured finance transactions, as well as trade and export finance transactions related to natural resources and other traded commodities, including softs, metals, oil and gas.
Our dispute resolution lawyers have advised on matters related to trade finance and have arbitrated disputes under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and related organizations.
