Corporate Paralegal - BostonSullivan & Worcester is presently seeking a junior to mid-level corporate paralegal with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, writing and interpersonal skills and experience in all aspects of corporate transactions. Additional experience in SEC and blue sky-related work, a plus. The selected individual will also provide general corporate support to the department, including maintenance of corporate minute books, preparation of UCC Financing Statements, assistance at closings, and preparation of closing binders.
